Tetons . . . picture perfect beauty! Wish we could have enjoyed back in the 70's when life was simpler. It has grown and can be crowded, but don't wait, make those plans today. Life is short and the "wish we had" will hurt. Hope you go and make wonderful memories together! Late August and September are amazing there. Crisp cool nights with amazing fall days . . . . Perfect!
I lived in The Tetons for 2 years in the mid 70’s. I must agree that it too, is my favorite places. Period!! Of course, all those years ago it was a much different place, as well as Jackson Hole. Although I haven’t been back in decades, my memories are strong and I want to go back someday. I promised my wife of 45 years that I would take her someday. I really want to keep that promise.
