I’ve heard about the Columbia River Gorge & all of the waterfalls for years, but I had no idea just how long the gorge was! It’s over 90 miles! The most scenic areas are along the old Highway 30 Scenic Drive, where beautiful, huge waterfalls and hiking trails abound… On the river, you will find all kinds of water activities, if that’s your thing. In addition, there are countless Oregon State Parks all along the Gorge area. We camped at one of those State Parks along the river. Memaloose State Park. It was amazing! We were right on the river, in a waterfront site! The campground was under a canopy of trees & the sites were spacious. We had full hookups, which are sometimes difficult to find in a state park. Enjoy the pics! Especially the one of Multnomah Falls, with the viewing bridge in the middle. I’ve seen plenty of pics of that one, but being there, feeling the spray on your face…. We’ll, that’s a totally different experience!
